Is paperwork before sales required?

We only require business licenses for certain situations


Situations requiring a license:

Opening a Net 30 credit line with TPS (Business License Required)

Purchase of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (Pharmacy License Required)

Purchase of DEA or DPS controlled items (Corresponding Licenses Required)

Purchase of Class II Medical Devices (Business License Required)

What are minimum sales amounts & lines of credit?

There is no minimum purchase requirement. Orders under $300 are subject to $20 flat rate shipping and most orders over $300 ship free in the contiguous US. After paying for the initial order with a credit card, we offer a Net 30 credit line of $2500 to customers who provide a business license. Should a customer's account become delinquent, Total Pharmacy Supply reserves the right to charge past due balances to the credit card on file. Customers who would like an extended amount of credit may use our credit application form or email ar@totalpharmacysupply.com.

Will you sell to individuals?

Yes, many items we sell do not require a pharmacy license. We allow individual consumers to purchase non-restricted items from our store.
