These thermal impulse plastic bag Sealers are hand operated bag heat sealers that are great for light-duty poly bags. The impulse bag sealer is designed for many different light industrial uses. Set timer for bag thickness, hold handle down until light comes on, let cool and release (or, if you choose a model with a cutter, slide the cutting tab across the tubing or bag before releasing). The impulse sealer forms a tight, secure 1/8" or 2mm wide seal on polyethylene and polypropylene up to a thickness of 6 mil with no warm-up necessary. Electricity is used only when sealing bar is down. Includes a 30-day limited warranty. Packaged with a spare service kit, additional repair kits and replacement cutting blades are also available.

Repair Kits:
All repair kits come with 2 heating elements, 2 lower Teflon strips and 1 upper teflon strip (exception: the 4” repair kit does NOT include an upper Teflon strip). Repair kits for Sealers with cutters also include a replacement blade. It is always a smart idea to have more than one replacement heating wire and more then one lower Teflon strip on hand so that production never misses a beat.
