Dropper Tip Cap
TPS offers two kinds of dropper tips: Classic and Euro.
Classic dropper tips are comprised of two different types: orifice reducers and overcaps. The orifice reducers are dropper tips (cone shaped plastic inserts) that fit in the opening of the container. The overcaps are tip caps specifically designed to fit the container neck and cover the dropper tip. Paired with a bottle and these are ideal for "squeezable" products like eye drops. Choose from our wide selection of HDPE/LDPE Boston Rounds (72210 & 72219), Cylinders (72211 & 72221) and Ovals (72216).
Two types of dropper tips are available.
- Controlled: dispenses product drop by drop
- Uncontrolled: dispenses product in a stream
Dropper tip plugs are made of LDPE. Dropper tip caps are made of polypropylene (PP), which means they have a high heat tolerance level and an excellent resistance to fatigue.
Euro dropper tips are specifically designed for glass euro style dropper bottles (72012). This closure has been equipped with a mechanism that shows if the product has been tampered with. When the cap is fully screwed down it forces a natural-colored plastic orifice reducer and inverted dropper tip into the opening of the bottle. When the cap is unscrewed, the tamper-evident ring is broken, and the insert remains inside the bottle opening. This lid is made of polypropylene (PP), which means it has a high heat tolerance level and an excellent resistance to fatigue.
