  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $300 OR when you purchase 3+ cases from our TPS Essentials Vials line! All orders under $300 have a flat rate of $20 shipping.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Yes! Most products may be returned for credit if they are in new, salable condition with original packaging, but require an RMA - See our full shipping and returns policy here for details.

  • Do you offer customers a credit line?

    Yes! All first orders must be paid in advance by credit card, but after the first order companies are extended a credit line of $2500. Should you wish to be qualified for a higher line of credit, please complete and return the Credit Application. Please note that NSF fees are a standard $25 fee.

  • Do I need a business license?

    We do sell some restricted items that require licensing be provided before we can fulfill your order. If required, we will reach out to you via the email address you provide at checkout to obtain your license, or you may fax it to us at 817-861-8307 and we will process the order promptly. We will hold your order two business days pending receipt of your information. Unverified orders will be cancelled after that time.

  • Can I get a tax exemption?

    To receive tax exemption, we must have a valid certificate on file. Credits on past orders cannot be issued. To submit your tax certificate, please email a copy of the document to info@totalpharmacysupply.com.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    All international orders must be placed by phone or email - additional freight charges may apply. Please call customer service for a freight quote.
