Plastic Divider Cards
Divider cards are designed for use in medication carts or totes. Labels can be placed for either a left or right side tab for easy organization of patient's pill cards. Made of sturdy plastic, these divider cards are reusable. Measure 6 x 9 in. / 15.2 x 22.8 cm plus 0.38 in. / 1 cm tab. Gray.
The Locator Card is placed with the patient’s pill cards and is a tool used to remind the staff to pass medications stored in other areas (i.e. refrigerated items, topicals, and injectables).
