5-Layer LDPE Flip Top Tubes
5-Layer LDPE Flip Top Tubes are flexible and squeezable containers that are filled and then pinched shut using a Double Impulse Tube Sealer (31915). Liquids, gels, and creams are typically stored in tubes. Excellent choice for many industries including pharmaceutical, personal care, cosmetics, food, industrial, chemical, and more.
The tube comes with a Heat Induction Seal (HIS) liner, already sealed to the neck. A HIS liner is a metallic disk that provides an airtight, tamper-evident hermetic seal.

Five-layers tubes are composed of an inner layer that's in contact with your product, a bonding layer, an insulating layer, another bonding layer, and the outer layer. These layers offer excellent gas barrier properties, effectively preventing oxygen and odorous gases from permeating while retaining fragrance and active ingredients.
