Electronic Contact Thermometer
When accurate temperature monitoring is critical, IKA's ETS-D5 Precision Electronic Thermometer ensures perfect control without overshooting the target temperature, even when heating quickly. It can be connected to any magnetic agitator or heating plate that has a contact thermometer connection meeting DIN 12878 Class 2 requirements. Corning hotplates/stirrers also require an AD-C1 adapter, available by special order. The thermometer attaches to the horizontal Holding Rod which connects with the vertical Support Rod by means of the Boss Head Clamp. Thermometer and accessories are sold separately or as a kit that includes the C-Mag HS 7 Digital Stirring Hotplate.
