Tumble Blender Shells for ProMixer
ProMixer Tumble Blender for mixing up to 10 L of powder using V-Shell or Drum Shells.
- Drum & V-Shells are proven designs for uniform mixing with low shear stress and no heat generation. The result is minimum change in particle size distribution and no chemical degradation.
- Typical mixing time 5-10 minutes based on using 10-70% of shell volume & powder characteristics.
- Drum shells are lower in cost and faster and easier to use as they are filled through one opening.
- V-Shell requires ingredients to be added equally through both openings and we include a unique self-standing design to free both hands for adding powder.
- Mixer & Shells made from Inox (Stainless Steel 316). Shells have mirror-finish (400 grit) and are electro-polished for extra-smooth powder flow and easy cleaning.
- Shell lids include a fixed paddle to improve mixing and help break up lumps.
- PLC Control panel to set rotation speed, time and direction. Mixer rotation stops when safety cover opened.
- Manual includes valuable mixing tips.
