Parts for ProFiller 3800

Change Parts
All Change Parts are Inox (Stainless Steel 316) and include a plastic storage box.
Change Parts for one capsule size include:

Tamper
Ensure faster filling and prevent powder bridging by packing powder into the capsule body, resulting in more even capsule fill weights. 300-Pin Tamper is Inox (Stainless Steel 316).
Bottom Plate
Dishwasher safe Inox (SS316). Depending on capsule size, use in conjunction with Bottom Spacer Plate.
Bottom Spacer Plate
If you can fill Size 4 only also order Bottom Spacer Plate (00-3). If you do not have Size 5 Change Parts also order Bottom Spacer Plate (4-5).
Body Sheet Set
Enables 100% separation of all capsule types including HMPC (vegetarian) capsules.
Capsule Locking Plate
Available in two size ranges 00-5 (100 hole) and 000/00el (80 hole). To fill capsule sizes outside the size range of what you received with your full system.
Caps Tray
Purchase an additional Caps Tray. Light-weight anodized aluminum Caps Tray is not Dishwasher Safe.
Push Plate
Multi-use Push Plate speeds operations. Polycarbonate.
Powder Tray
For pharmacy compounding and very fine powders. Four built-in clamps secure Powder Tray to Filler, reducing powder loss under Powder Tray. Useful when working with controlled substances (narcotics).
Sliding Sheet Set
