Gravity convection is the preferred process for heating or drying in a low-turbulence environment. Well-crafted and versatile, they are used for drying, baking, sterilizing, evaporating, heat treating, annealing and testing. The Quincy 30GC oven employs sheathed elements engineered to maximize quick heating and recovery. Though there is no mechanical air movement, temperature uniformity is enhanced by a perforated heat shield which absorbs radiant heat and distributes it evenly.
