SureMed Multi-Dose Medication Cards
SureMed® multimed, or multi-dose, adherence blister cards are designed to improve patient adherence by clearly organizing multiple medications in an easy-to-follow format that provides instant visual reinforcement of what to take and when. Prescriptions are organized in the medication package by day and time. Note: perforated 28-Day cards are designed to print in one of the printers recommended below in conjunction with guided packing software.
- Booklet style provides ample real estate script label(s). Choose from convenient Bi-fold flap or a Tri-fold flap for multiple labels and additional blister protection
- Designed for large blisters which are suitable for multiple medications
- Reverse side printing on the inside of the card assists with the filling process
- Easy-to-understand, clearly marked day-of-the-week and time passes
- Tamper-evident, easy-to-puncture backing shows if medications were taken properly
- Available in heat seal and pressure sensitive (cold seal)
- Heat seal cards are compatible with automated sealing equipment
- Pressure sensitive cards (cold seal) do not require a sealing press
- Perforated and Non-Perforated configurations available
- Blisters sold separately
