Highlights & Celebrations From TPS' 1st Quarter Meeting

Last week at our quarterly meeting we had much to celebrate!

We've talked before about our values. These TPS Values of Trust, Progress, & Stability aren't just something we talk about now and then, they are an integral part of the way we operate. We use a program called YouEarnedIt! for employees to send recognition and points when they see each other exhibiting these values. At our meeting we introduced a new element – traveling trophies! Whoever is most recognized for each value category is awarded the corresponding trophy for that quarter. The trophy will then be passed on to the new honoree at the next quarterly meeting.

Here are our first three recipients:

Congratulations, guys...and gal! Thanks for being great examples of what this company is all about.

We also celebrated a big milestone – Jeanette Segura celebrated TWENTY years with TPS! There’s not a single person here she hasn't helped at some point or another, and we can’t even begin to describe all that she has done for the company these last 20 years. Thank you for your loyal service, Jeanette!

Here she is with her special cake… with a $20,000 “check” on top ;) Don’t try to cash that!

Lastly, we celebrated meeting (& exceeding!) all of our goals for 2014! We couldn't have gotten there without you, so THANK YOU! We look forward to another great year in 2015.
