Second Quarter Celebrations and More!

We can't believe we're already into our second quarter! Honestly, where does the time go?
Fortunately we kicked things off with a celebration!
As you know, our TPS values of Trust, Progress, & Stability are hugely important to us. So much so that we made them the central theme in our hilarious New Employee Orientation video, which answers the age-old question...cycling or doughnuts?

We also hired a company called YouEarnedIt! which helps us recognize each other and send points when we see one another exhibiting these values.
Earlier this year we introduced traveling trophies that each represent one of our company values. The trophies are transferred each quarter to the new honoree that best represented that value. This quarter, James received Trust, Joey received Progress, and Jeanette received Stability.
