Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping on orders over $300 to the contiguous US!
Orders under $300 have a flat shipping rate of $20. Free Shipping and/or flat rate shipping exclusions may apply for special orders or early AM delivery requests. HazMat fees still apply.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange shipping on your preferred carrier or at UPS published rates.

Where can I find tracking for my order?
If you log into your account dashboard, you can view your pending orders. Open the order you wish to track and click on the green "Get Tracking Number" button. If you cannot find the information there, please contact customer service at (800) 878-2822.
