Humco’s MultiBase ™ provides natural penetration into the skin with more efficacious active pharmaceutical ingredient absorption than traditional vanishing cream bases. This natural vanishing cream base contains penetrating and emulsifying agents to allow for versatility when compounding. MultiBase™ can be used with a wide range of pH levels, high salt, high ethanol and high polar oil compounds.
MultiBase ™ is a great oil-free moisturizing base that uses oleosomic emulsifiers and penetration enhancers. This base can be used in multiple categories of compounding, such as topical or vaginal hormone replacement therapy, dermatology and pain management applications. Select MultiBase™ when you want a noncomodogenic cream that is oil-free and can be used in an array of compounding formulations.
